Account Manager

Do you naturally build relationships with people? Are you a hungry sales hunter? Do you have meticulous attention to detail? If this sounds like you, we want you for our dynamic and growing sales team.

You will be responsible for out of the box sales of our core construction software product MWF. This mature product generates a lot of inbound leads, which you will take through the sales cycle. You will nurture the leads through the demo and trial process and build your relationship with them, clearly showing them how their company will benefit from MWF. You will be the driver of our powerful HubSpot Sales tools to enhance the sales process through automation. You also like the thrill of the hunt and will actively pursue outbound leads, including onsite visits where required. You’re comfortable with numbers and can give reliable forecasts to upper management.


  • 2-4 years inside sales experience, preferably on a technical product
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at cold-calling and providing top quality customer service
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in a team
  • Self-motivated and hungry to surpass sales targets


  • Experience with HubSpot Sales or similar tool an asset
  • Some construction knowledge an asset
